Do you sell to the public?
Whilst we are a wholesaler, we are happy to sell to the general public. Please note we do have a minimum order requirement of $150+GST and require 2 hours notice on orders.
Do you have a retail shop?
No, we do not have a retail shop as we are a wholesaler. We have a showroom of our products for trade and commercial customers. This is open by appointment only.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we welcome pick ups however we do require 2 hours notice from placing your order to pick and pack it. Payment must be made prior to pick up or at the time of collection.
Do you deliver?
We offer free delivery to the Perth metropolitan area for orders above $150+GST. Delivery outside of the Perth Metropolitan area will be by courier at the customer’s expense. We are happy to ship Australia wide. We do not ship overseas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, direct deposit and credit card. We have an EFTPOS facility at our office for pick up orders. Repeat trade customers may apply for an account facility. Standard credit application procedures will apply.
What are your opening hours?
Our office is open from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Our warehouse is open from 8am to 3pm for deliveries and pick ups. Orders should be placed before 12:30pm for same day collection.
What is your returns policy?
- No returns or claims recognized unless made within 48 hours of delivery
- Good ordered in error and returned are subject to 10% restocking fee
- Charges may also apply for a pick up and return of incorrect goods
- Special ‘order in’ items are not returnable
